Alexander is the President and Founder of YouSwoop. Prior to launching YouSwoop in the fall of 2009, he founded TheChiGuide.com, a lifestyle online magazine that provides Chicagoans with a weekly digest to the city's best happenings.

Prior to holding executive roles at YouSwoop and TheChiGuide, Alexander worked as management consultant at Mercer Management Consulting, served in a marketing capacity for City Chase USA and had positions at a variety of Chicago restaurants (namely Spiaggia and Landmark Grill + Lounge).
